Jenn Morris OAM
Jenn is an accomplished corporate executive and non-executive director (NED), with experience in advising corporations and government entities on strategy, governance, and large-scale business transformation. She has experience in a range of industries including mining, transport, education, government, agriculture, health, and financial services.
Jenn holds NED roles on both listed and private companies, including global copper company Sandfire Resources and lithium miner Liontown Resources, after recently resigning from Fortescue Metals Group after 7 years. Jenn Chairs the Remuneration and People Committee at both and serves as a member on several other committees, including Audit, Risk Management and Sustainability. She is also a Director at Argonaut, a private integrated investment house.
In her executive career, Jenn was a Director at WA’s corporate affairs firm Cannings Purple, and a senior executive of Andrew and Nicola Forrest’s Minderoo Foundation where she was CEO of Walk Free, a global human rights organisation. Prior to this, she was a Partner at Deloitte where she worked in the management consulting division.
Before commencing her business career, Jenn was a member of the Australian women’s hockey team where she won gold medals at the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
